I tried helping someone else out with meal planning and it can get challenging. I think the easiest way to do it is for you to look at different peoples nutrition trackers. I'm sure you will have different foods that you eat compared to myself.
The best way I know how to explain it is I still eat certain types of foods I always loved but found a healthy way to eat them.
Example...I love spicy, most taco type things are very high in sodium so I found a spicy Mrs. Dash and I use extra lean ground beef.
Another idea is if you can e mail the types of foods you like then we can start building menus from there. 3004 days ago
