My Program:
I guess my plan is to just eat a well-balanced diet. I am incorporating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables into my diet, plus I am not depriving myself if I REALLY want something.

My calorie range is between 1300-1680 and I plan on adjusting this once I lose some more weight.

Personal Information:
I live in Southern Iowa, I am 29 years old and I am ready to start my life. I have always been fat my entire life and this is the first time that I have stuck to a diet.

I am currently attending the University of Phoenix where I am about to recieve my associates degree in Criminal Justice. After a short break I will be working towards my bachelor's in psychology. After that I hope to get my masters and then doctorate. I am not sure where I want to go with this degree but I want it to be working with victims or doing criminal profiling.

Other Information:
I love to read, but lately I have not had time to. I love all kinds of music and movies. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family.. and oh I LOVE shopping and handbags!!

HANDBAGS are awesome, especially pink ones, or shiny ones. LOL. My new addiction rather than food!
