Drink more water!

Walk where/when possible.

Personal Information:
From Sweden, currently living in Canada because of college. Moving across the world and meeting so many new people, some more special than others, it's become so clear to me that my body doesn't fit me. I need the energy, health and vitality I'd have being my ideal weight, and I know I'd get so much more out of life.

It's time. I don't want to wake up when I'm 60 and feel like I didn't do what I wanted to do.

You are welcome! And believe me I used to be very impulsive and used to party every day and night. Then I met my husband and kinda slowed down a little and when baby #1 showed up my life came to a stand still. I seemed to lose a lot of friends cuz they only wanted to drink and party but I got to know who my real friends are. I guess I was also more prepared for it because I had to grow up very quickly after my father passed when I was 18. I pretty much gave up on college at that point and had to make it with out my degree. Now 9 years later I am married, 2 kids and going to school full time. I am determined to be a nurse before I am 31 and be fit by then as well. (Btw when you become a mom, whenever it is right for you, if you decide to have kids, you become a very goo d multitasker, (I am sitting here with a 22 month old climbing all over me and giggling.)

Good luck with finding yourself and some alone time. As I've learned over the years you need to find yourself and who you are before doing anything for anyone else. I got married early and regretted it later, after my divorce I was able to find myself and who I really was. Now I just have to keep rediscovering who I am at every turn of my life and hold onto 'me'. Have a great time in your 20's and look forward to the 30's ( I heard they are awesome!)

Girl, I'm right there with you! I haven't lost any weight for about two months, but I haven't been as strict eating-wise. I've got to tell you, though--I've been working out a lot, and even though I haven't lost more weight, people are always asking if I've lost more. Toning up can really make a difference.

Anyway, thanks for your comment on my page! You're an inspiration as well! We can do this together.
