Hey! I'm Courtney. I'm 26 and a student at Cal State Fullerton. I work at Albertson's as a cashier. I live in a little apartment with my cats, Tonks and The Bug.
I'm into music, makeup, hockey, baseball, and good books. I love to cook, and bake (which is hard when you want to make brownies but are also trying to lose weight). If you've got a semi-healthy recipe you really like, send it my way. I'm always looking for new things to make so I don't get bored.
I've been a super lazy slacker for a while now, but I know I need to get back on track. So, here we go!

I just want to be healthy again. I want to feel good, to look good. And maybe get into my old pants again.

Lots of walking, cardio, general activity. Strength training as suggested by Spark. Better food choices with less empty calories.
And pushing carts. As much as I hate pushing carts, it is ridiculously powerful exercise, haha!
