My ultimate goal is to lose about 80 pounds. I would like to try to get at leat 25 -35 pounds off before my 45th birthday in February 2013. I am ready to feel good about myself and to look good.... NO MORE EXCUSES.... I AM TAKING RESPONSIBLITY!!!
I will use healthy eating, excercise and support from friends and co-losers to achieve my goals. I will work hard and make the changes necessary to be successful.
