Motivation and Determination is what gets me through!

WoW, who would of thought in less than a year I would of lost 67 pounds. It's definitely a FABUOLUS feeling. I am 33 pounds close to my first goal of losing 100 pounds, so I decided I am going to shape my body. I am going to do a 12 week program by Jamie Eason. The program is broken up into 3 phases four weeks a piece. The first 4 weeks I am going to concentrate on weight training and only lifting 60% of my maximum rep, no cardio. The second 4 weeks I will slowly start incorporating ...

I am 33 pounds close to my first goal of losing 100 pounds, so I decided I am going to shape my body. I am going to do a 12 week program by Jamie Eason. The program is broken up into 3 phases four weeks a piece. The first 4 weeks I am going to concentrate on weight training and only lifting 60% of my maximum rep, no cardio. The second 4 weeks I will slowly start incorporating cardio 30 minutes at a time along with the weight training and lifting 80% of my maximum rep. By week four I will be lifting at 100% of my maximum rep along with cardio. This should be fun, I can't wait to see how I will look at the end of week 4. I will update pictures.


So let's do this, because all I know is I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
