"Feal the fear and do it anyways!"

Time to get in shape and lose my unwanted pounds. I've heard a person can start to put on some "happy pounds" when they get comfortable in a relationship. lol I've just married the love of my life and started realizing it could be possible I was starting to fit in that catagory. lol I would pamper myself with fattening foods and enjoyed every minute of it except seeing my energy drop and the lazyness kick in. I've heard a person can start to put on some "happy pounds" when they get comfortable in a relationship. lol I've just married the love of my life and started realizing it could be possible I was starting to fit in that catagory. lol I would pamper myself with fattening foods and enjoyed every minute of it except seeing my energy drop and the lazyness kick in. After being blessed enough to bring my fourth child into the world and having a couple surgeries in my tummy I noticed I couldn't keep the weight off like I used to. I turned to the web to hopefully find a solution. By the grace of God I found Spark People and am totally kicking but with all of the tools on here. I can see the weight melting off and am loving my new healthy lifestyle. I'm encouraged by my family and all of the stories and blogs on SP. You guys rock! 136lbs here I come!

I'm following and inputing food intake daily.

I started taking on the chores of our 2 acre property outdoors.

Dancing is my fav cardio.

Being persistant and not giving up.

Using strength training on SP 3x per week.
