    emoticon Yeah I thought that was awesome we live so close to each other you said your off 291 in raytown and even tho I live in raytown/kc...I work at the bp off 291 and 50 in lees summit so Im probably even closer to you than you think maybe 10 mins....I think it would be soooo cool to have one on of spark friends be a real life support as well Im all for meeting and taking a walk or something...again Its so awesome to have one of my teammates so close ( even better since we are a small team and has nothing to do with location just ramdom supportive people)

    Thanks for the exercise suggestions. My baby's 15 pounds of dough-y cuteness would certainly give me some arm muscles if I lifted him up and down a few reps! LOL!

    Its my own fault for not participating and I know that being present on site and reading and writing blogs is what helped me last time.

    I will be sure to read your blogs too! It's always an extra boost of motivation and accountibility for me!
