My Goals:
I have both short and long term goals.
The shortest of my short term goals is to loose 30 pounds. My long term goal is to loose 225 pounds.

My Program:
I walk, ride a stationary bike, or go to the fitness center regularly, and have increased the number of steps I take (I love my pedometer). I am trying to eat more protein and less simple sugars. I am aiming for at least 8 glasses of water a day and 8 hours of sleep at night. I am not eating after 8:00 each night.
