Time for change

Thanks for the sweet comment on my page!

Just starting out, I would say, just track what you would normally eat and make small changes each week. Like cut out sugar soda and juice one week, mindless snacks the next, etc. etc. Start walking and you can increase the intensity of your exercise as you go on. Definitely take advantage of SP's trackers and blogs! They are the best things about this site!

And remember that there is no thing as a wagon. There is no on/off switch. We're all in this for life. We're going to eat pizza and unhealthy things, and that's OK! Finding a balance is what makes things work.

You and I are on a very similar mission. I too am a stay at home, but for 2 years. I too have lost myself and am trying to find myself. I know some days are really hard, but if you are looking for some support, I am up for a new friend along this journey.
