I was worried in the beginning that I'd get discouraged if the scale didn't move. Now I just love my routines; walking my dog for miles, Jillian Michaels' workouts and kettlebells (I absolutely adore kettlebells). I'm going to try to focus on those and not worry about the scales... though now they are shifting I'll definitely be more tempted to look!
Wow, I can't believe you didn't weigh yourself for 4 months!! How could you stand it? I find that it takes all my will power not to weigh myself EVERY DAY! I need to see the scale going down to keep the momentum.
Great job on all that weight loss!!! That's incredible! More than 12 lbs loss per month! You'll be at your goal weight in no time!!!
