    Welcome to the Living Binge Free team. I really hope we can help spare you the decades of problems many of us started with dieting at college age. I rue the day I went on a diet at age 19. It was the beginning of much worse problems. Please change your focus to eating moderately of mostly good quality food mostly at meal times and getting moderate exercise consistently. You don't need to be working out for long periods of time or cutting down to the minimum in food intake to get to a reasonable weight. Young women are getting way too caught up in looking like media images, which are often of women who are underweight. Don't get caught up in the fitness model look, either. All wisdom thinkers of all time have warned against the preoccupation with the outer self. Pursue other interests and talents, develop relationships with quality people, take care of your daily needs in a relatively orderly way, including having access to good food for real meals and moderate exercise. Even a 30-minute walk and 15 minutes of vigorous exercise like bodyweight exercises done consistently on weekdays will do wonders for your sense of vitality. Please don't get caught in the cycle of dieting and bingeing!
