I actually lost about 60 pounds with the help of Sparkpeople last year and had surgery on 12/17/2010 for the extra skin I had. On 12/24/2010 I was back in the hospital with severe anemia and an infection. I had 2 more surgeries to clear out the infection and they left the wound open for 3 months. It was ...

On 12/24/2010 I was back in the hospital with severe anemia and an infection. I had 2 more surgeries to clear out the infection and they left the wound open for 3 months. It was finally closed in another surgery in mid March. The infection never really went away and I had one more surgery on June 23rd which finally took care of it, I think. I have gained about 25 pounds back as I was unable to exercise and was not the best at watching what I ate....partially due to depression. BUT I am now back and ready to rock and roll and get the weight off of me once and for all!

My Program:
 I'm really watching my calories and water consumption. I have had a tendency to over eat and under drink.

I am also trying my best to do some form of exercise everyday...so far so good!
