I am committing to getting myself into shape and losing weight. In 2006, I lost 30 pounds and weighed 175 lbs. at my wedding. I felt great! I have since had a baby and have not had a very healthy diet nor have I committed to a fitness routine (which we all know can be difficult with an infant!).
I want to get pregnant again in early 2009 and refuse to do so until I am at a healthy weight. I do not want to slip into an unhealthy lifestyle and get to a point where the weight is extremely excessive.

My Goals:
My target weight is 149 pounds. I have not been at this weight since high school. The closest I came was in 2006 when I was 175 lbs. I since had a baby and have struggled to lose weight. I must say that I have not watched what I have been eating or worked out nearly enough.

My Program:
My primary objective is to be healthy.

1. Eat 1250 - 1500 calories a day, tracking everything that I eat.
2. Physical activity at least 5 days a week.
3. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
4. Drink no more than 1 diet soda per day.
5. Meet new friends using this tool.

Personal Information:
I have been married to the love of my life since November 2006. We have been best friends for almost ten years. I have two stepdaughters (Lauren - 15, Erin - 12) and a daughter (Addison - 18 months). I work full-time as an HR Manager. I always have a full schedule with work, kids, sporting events, etc. For fun I like to walk, read, listen to music, take and share pictures, and play volleyball.
