The possibilites are Infinite.....All you have to do is Embrace them.

The title of my SparkPage is "The possibilities are Infinite". To me, that encompasses the entire lifestyle journey that I have been on. We all have it within us to be who we want to be; sometimes we just have to embrace the possibilities in our lives! Life begins at the end of your comfort zone, earn It....You can be the change. I'm a MWM, 56 Years of age. I have a good sense of humor and take life as it comes to me. I spent 28 years in the U.S. Navy (retired), I don't regret a single year of ...

I'm a MWM, 56 Years of age. I have a good sense of humor and take life as it comes to me. I spent 28 years in the U.S. Navy (retired), I don't regret a single year of it but I wouldn't do it again. I started my change in life on the 21st of March and would like to lose approximately 70 pounds by December 2013.

My Goals:
Would like to enter a 5k/10k race. My weight goal is to lose 65 lbs but first a much simpler goal of getting into a suit that I haven't been able to wear in five years. Make new friends would be nice. I'm new to this site, so be patient.

My Program:
I've currently changed my diet eliminating as much fat and sugar as possible. I'm doing 1200 to 1600 calories a day. I exercise a minimum of a hour each day. Walk between 4 and 6.5 miles daily (minimum).

Personal Information:
I'm married and have been for 32 years. I live in Jacksonville, Florida. My first name is Charles (Chuck) to my friends. I enjoy the beach, wish I could get there more often.

Other Information:
My favorite author is Stephen King. My favorite movie is "Forrest Gump". I enjoy people and meeting them.

"Time always moves forward whether you move forward or not. Your most effective strategy is to make use of each moment as soon as it arrives.
There's no end to what you can accomplish if you'll just go ahead and get going. Now is what you have, so make now your time to begin."
-- Ralph Marston

"Three of the most powerful words in the English language are 'I AM RESPONSIBLE.' It's tough to do, but when the day comes that you can say those words, believe them, and mean them, it will be the most liberating moment of your life. Taking responsibility for all of your results, for better or for worse, is taking back your power to create results in your life."

"Dreaming is wonderful, goal setting is crucial, but action is supreme.
To make something great happen you must get busy and make it happen.
Take that action step today that will put you on your path to achievement."

"We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference,
ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time,
add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee."
