It's Friday! Yeah! I love the weekends. I am making a food plan so I can have a really healthy weekend. I'm on day 3 after hitting the reset button and so far so good. I feel really good today. It feels amazing to get back to healthier choices. My stomach and digestive system is feeling much better and my energy levels are already climbing back up. And my spirit is way up! It is fun when you find someone with similar issues or weight loss goals. Good luck to you on your weight loss journey. A fun spark team to check out is the one called Staying Fit - Having Fun. They've got great ideas for exercising in fun ways. If you're enjoying what you're doing it hardly feels like work. I see that you're on a scrapping team. I didn't realize there was a scrapping team. I'll have to check it out. If it's scrapbooking then I should definitely sign up for that team because I love to scrapbook - just don't have very much time for it since I had my second child.
