My Plan

I want to eat more whole foods and add exercise to become a more healthy person. I want to have energy to run after my children and I also want to teach them about what it is to be healthy. I want to be a more healthy person to ward off diseases that run in my family.

My Goals:
I am going to begin the couch to 5K program in an attempt to get back into running. My goal is to do the Vancouver Half Marathon in 2010.

My Program:
Run 3 days a week for 30 minutes
Begin doing ab exercises 3 days a week
Figure out a strength training program to begin and do 3 days a week

You've made the first step towards reaching your goals, whether they are to lose weight, develop healthy habits, or to exercise more. I've lost 25 pounds using the site, and love the many features that are available, especially the nutrition tracker the support available within the SparkTeams.

I saw you were fairly new on the 20 something's with 10-24 pounds to lose team! Hope that you are finding everything you need on the sight. If you have any questions or just need some support, feel free to e-mail me or to jump right in on the boards. We've got a great, supportive community here.
