My Plan
I want to eat more whole foods and add exercise to become a more healthy person. I want to have energy to run after my children and I also want to teach them about what it is to be healthy. I want to be a more healthy person to ward off diseases that run in my family.

My Goals:
I am going to begin the couch to 5K program in an attempt to get back into running. My goal is to do the Vancouver Half Marathon in 2010.
My Program:
Run 3 days a week for 30 minutes Begin doing ab exercises 3 days a week Figure out a strength training program to begin and do 3 days a week
