My Goals:
Short term: Make myself do what I know to do as far as food and weight. Long term: I'm not going by weight in numbers. I think that's a huge mistake people make. My long term weight goal is to feel good and look good in my jeans and shirts. I'll know when that is but I DEFINITELY know it's not at 181 where I am now.
