I am trying to get back on track... I had lost 63 lbs & with much angst b/n my husband & I lately I have gone back to eating and put 30 of it back on. There are days there is not enough chocolate for me to eat & this downward spiral has to come to a halt.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 40 lbs, eat more fruit every day & chase my kids around more :)
My Program:
I will be running 3-4 miles 3 days a week & doing Rev Abs 3-4 days also I am hoping to get a heavy bag for Christmas to start a different type of exercise also.
