On The Journey...

After the birth of my second child, I lost weight and was finally at a healthy weight I could be happy with. Then (as happens to many of us) a number of factors contributed a weight gain of over 20 pounds over the past couple years. Things have changed now and I am getting back on track and headed back towards my goal weight.

JUNE 2010: THE JOURNEY RE-RE-RE-BEGINS, even though it never ended.

I have never heard of that plan it does sound difficult..... hopefully you can get accustomed to it and your body doesn't rebel..... How do you maintain over the long haul or is this more like a fast start type thing then you still have something to follow?

emoticon 3 lbs is great Tricia...... I'm glad that you are trying to come back, what kind of radical program is your Dr recommending?
I am still kicking around, I went up a lb this week but its been a tough week with Terry in the hosp and having an emergency cath.....I didn't make the time for doing things the way I should have but he's home and better and I am doing the Summer challenge which starts soon so I should be back in gear shortly. Thank you for the compliments, I know I feel better.....
Are you still working at the pastery place?? How is your running program going? Fill me in on what you've been up to when you have the time........ TTYS......HUGS, Sheryl
