I'm finally doing this for myself!

I started putting on weight when I was in my 20's. I spent my 20's on a roller coaster of weight loss and weight gain. Now that I'm in my 30's I want to get off that rollercoaster. EVRLNGFOO still going strong. didn't clean anything yesterday since dinner was more hands on to prepare, but i did fill the evoo dispensers and washed & prepped more romaine from the garden. accomplished! :D

I did Insanity in 2012 and I really liked it. I was also in much better shape then. I tried doing it the other day and it was killer. T25 is much more manageable. Both are great though!

I know!! That is my big gripe about meal plans too. It's like "roast a chicken, eat 3 ounces" and then you never see the rest of the chicken. WTF?! Haha. I agree, I think I'll take "the list" and make my own plan. I bought bagels yesterday though so right now it is "work bagels into my plan" LoL
