I'm finally doing this for myself!

I started putting on weight when I was in my 20's. I spent my 20's on a roller coaster of weight loss and weight gain. Now that I'm in my 30's I want to get off that rollercoaster. I want to find the person I used to be, only smarter, more confident and ready to take on life and finally start living. i'm a mother now and do not want my daughter to have to deal with the body confidence and weight issues i've been dealing with. Hey thanks for the comments on my blog! You're absolutely right. This time around I had more like half week cheats. I went from 222 to 232 *YIKES* So no more cheat days. Your "I thought this was fat" picture reminds me of myself in HS. I was 5'10" and 140 and thought I was "fat" because I had a woman's body as a teen.
