I'm finally doing this for myself!

I started putting on weight when I was in my 20's. I spent my 20's on a roller coaster of weight loss and weight gain. Now that I'm in my 30's I want to get off that rollercoaster. I want to find the person I used to be, only smarter, more confident and ready to take on life and finally start living. i'm a mother now and do not want my daughter to have to deal with the body confidence and weight issues i've been dealing with. Good job maintaining your weight loss from last week. I find it is harder to maintain than it is too lose. And maintaining is so important. Nothing worst than having to lose the same pound twice (or in my case about a million times). Wishing you the best in your challenge week ahead. emoticon

Yup totally! I love pizza too!!! Once I learned how to make the Bread In 5 Master Dough I tend to make my own more often now since it's so easy, last week we had pizza 3 times for dinner! HAHA And I just use regular white flour and balance the rest of my day around it even though you can make a "healthier" dough if you want to. I just see it as a treat and use portion control! And I don't need the dough to have a ton of nutrition if I got it already the rest of the day so it works! And it's just so gourmet style I love it, we have a nice pizza stone so the crust gets nice and golden crispy too!
