I'm finally doing this for myself!

I started putting on weight when I was in my 20's. I spent my 20's on a roller coaster of weight loss and weight gain. Now that I'm in my 30's I want to get off that rollercoaster. I want to find the person I used to be, only smarter, more confident and ready to take on life and finally start living. i'm a mother now and do not want my daughter to have to deal with the body confidence and weight issues i've been dealing with.
