I'm finally doing this for myself!

I started putting on weight when I was in my 20's. I spent my 20's on a roller coaster of weight loss and weight gain. Now that I'm in my 30's I want to get off that rollercoaster. I want to find the person I used to be, only smarter, more confident and ready to take on life and finally start living. i'm a mother now and do not want my daughter to have to deal with the body confidence and weight issues i've been dealing with. LOL Yup me too! I'm still gonna have chips and candy and whatever else it's just less that I did before! OH OH and you know 100 years ago they used Opium as a cure all................LOL And we have such awesome produce now because of modern times I would not want to go backwards. Not to mention a new fave of mine is goji berries and you could only get those up in the Himalayan Mountains so I guess 100 years ago the only people lucky enough to get any lived there. I'm not against eating really awesome tasty healthy stuff either it's just don't act like you have to eat that 100% to not have your food, that I guess isn't real though you eat it, kill you.
Food is food. Keeping watch on nutrition is helpful to keep all food in balance! LOL And I'll keep modern times thank you!!! HAHA ;-D I think you'd love the link to Bobby Flay's Fit online videos I shared in my status!
