I'm doing LOADS better today!! :) I was stuck in a stinking plateau for like two months...only lost 2 in from the middle of Nov. to today! But I've cut back a little on the exercise (which seems weird, right?) and started carb cycling for my diet and the scale dropped 6 lbs today! My attitude was getting pretty bad for a while there :) We're having a pretty mild Winter in Florida, too...it was swimming weather for most of December!! It's been in the 50's and 60's for the last couple of days, so I'm FINALLY getting my Winter!! (Sadly, this is about all I get in FL!) Have your medical issues cleared up? Are you feeling good??

Thanks!! I'm glad to see you're back on, even if for only day! (I know how busy you are during the school year!) How are things going??

Mary my dear! Happy new year!!!! I'm sorry I haven't been around more but holidays were busy with tons of family visits which were delightful for the most part, but threw off my schedule and left me feeling kind of funky afterward. I'm easing myself back into my routine and so far it feels really great.

― Pema Chödrön

That one is really resonating with me this morning. I feel like I thought I'd be in a secure nest once I got to the weight I wanted but I'm realizing it just won't be that way. And I'm actually glad because that means I get to keep on growing! I realize that I have felt stagnant for the past month or two and that is just no good. Love you lots!
