Slowly, but surely!

I started SP in 2010 and loved it. Then my hubby and I got pregnant in the begining of 2011 and were just blessed with our second beautiful baby girl! I'm ready to get my healthier lifestyle back on track, lose a bunch of weight, and look and feel great again!

My goals are:
1. Track what I eat & drink everyday.
2. Try to exercise daily! (Even if only for 10 minutes)
3. Eat some kind of fresh produce daily.
4. Make an overall healthier lifestyle change.
5. Like who I am, and what I look like.
6. To look hot for my hubby : p

Personal Information:
I'm a 26 year old SAHM to an almost 3 year old and a 1 month old baby! I live outside of Baltimore, MD.

Other Information:
Overall I would love to: weigh around 150 lb's in the end, RUN a 5k, learn to love and want to exercise, and be able to keep up with my husband on long, vigorous hikes this summer!

I'll let you know how it goes. My sister and I just finished day 2 this morning. It's a great workout, but my upper body strength is almost non existant. I have to do the modified push ups because I can't do a regular one to save my life.. haha! Plus, I am so short (4'11") that my lunges are terrible. If I don't put my knee out further then my toes (which is incorrect) I don't get very far. Watching a tall, thin person doing the move and then trying to copy it is just not working for me, but I'm trying! =)

Hopefully we all get some great results at the end of the month! Let's stay strong and finish this!! emoticon

Happy new year girrrl!!! How's 2011 starting out for ya? You'll have to let me know how that 28 day bootcamp workout is. I'm thinking about starting it in april. This month I'm doing the 30 day shred, next month is walk away the pounds and march is jackie warner.. gotta get those results for summer time! =)
