~Cardio: Run/walk 10 miles per week.
~Toning: Yoga, Pilates or some strength work 2 days per week.

Eat less processed foods and more fruits and veggies - in other words I'm trying to eat the way I know I should. Cutting back on my love of sugar. Eliminated caffeine completely. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily.
