Hi Cynthia, thanks for stopping by. I have been busy this week and today I went out and bought new running shoes. This type was prescribed when I got my orthotics some time ago, so I still buy them as they are great with the support and cushioning. Hopefully my knees won't kill me during my walks now. I lost 1.1 lbs this week and I was pleased with that, once in a while I have a 5 lb loss, but for the most part it ranges between 1-2 lbs. It has been slow but I look at it as better than a gain. How are you doing this week?
Hi Cynthia! I'm glad to hear you're hanging in there and getting yourself ready to make some changes. This is a process, so it's not something that happens fast for us. That is usually what makes it hard, the road can seem so long and the work so overwhelming. But day by day, you can get there! I'm right there with you!
