    Great day for a walk. Only a mile. I am so thankful to be able to walk. I can still feel where the cancer was but I make it through it thank GOD. I still have some weights to do . No biggie . I am just starting with them AGAIN. lol

    The victory is yours, if only you choose, to do what is right, so that you can lose!

    Just keep moving ahead, doing things to keep you fit, not allowing distractions to keep you from it.

    Don't focus on things, that will hold you back, just shove them aside, to keep you on track!

    If you look back, and see what brought you down, you will find what it is, that can turn around!

    Keep your heart, and mind focused on to your goal, there is plenty of stuff, that is good for your soul!

    Be happy with the steps, that you take every day; don't get stuck in the traps, that will pull you down out and away!
