I am participating in a First Place 4 Health program, that incorporates biblical principals of growth in mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well being. Love the Lord with all your heart, mind, soul and strength.............a community of support is important for growth as we seek to know the Lord more clearly and his personal instructions for our lives.

Lose 5 pounds per month.

Eat more fresh foods, fewer processed foods.
Gluten and dairy and sugar free diet for 7 weeks.

Anti inflammatory diet with my daughter to improve her health. I have been active in a First Place for health group for two years and now beginning the Made to crave journey.
