Good morning! Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving your great comment. I gotta add, my muffin was no longer being concealed by my boobs LOL! It seems to be now! I just stuck with watching my calories, eating smaller portions of anything I wanted and exercised. I don't feel deprived and according to the whole plan, 8lbs is a very good outcome without starving myself to do it...which is how I've done it before. Let's work together on this for sure!
