I live in Fort Worth, TX with my boyfriend and my cat. I am a cashier at a restaurant and also trying to finish my associates' degree.

Other Information:

One of the books I like is: The Body Sculpting Bible for Women by James Villepigue and Hugo Rivera

It'll show you everything you need to know about working out at a gym. It goes into some other things like nutrition and stuff. I would check it out at the library before buying it.

I know what you mean @ info overload. I think you'll find that you'll look for teams that fill the need that you have at a particular time. When you find you're not participating on a team, it doesn't really make sense to be there...anyone can 'lurk' you don't have to join to read the threads but you have to join to participate - to post on the boards.

You'll narrow it down to what you really want and need - don't even worry about that. Just figure out what your goals are and break down the steps you need to reach them. Thanks for joining us and see you on the boards!
