    JUJUELLIOTT, thanks for the spark goodies. I do need that map. I finally got back on track today. I have a sticky note on my desktop with a permanent to-do list, and spark people is on it.

    Sometimes you just need to find your motivation for saying "NO". I would love to stop at Taco Bell for lunch, but I won't do that until I reach my target and then it's about maintenance. Just give yourself small goals and work up to the bigger ones. Just take one day at a time. "Today, I will not stop at a fast food stop." then try; "Today I will get as close to my calorie goal as I can.". Just add a new goal every few days and you'll do fine. emoticon

    Thanks, JUJUELLIOTT. I am really trying, but n0t doing so well. I have gone back to fast food, some, for comfort food. I charted it in my nutrition tracker the other day, and had 1200 in one meal. My daily is 1400-1500, NOT GOOD!

    Try to find just one positive spot in each day. Don't let the weight of the world bring you down. Always remember if you feel you have reached the point you feel your at the bottom there is only one way left to go, UP!!!! emoticon
