Hi, my name is Evelyn,I am married to my soulmate Colin and we have 3 beautiful children ,Steph 12,Kara 8 and Kyle 2.I have been at spark since March of 07' and have been very sucsessful with my weight loss.I have loads of energy and more confidence.I have learned to love eating healthy (although I still enjoy all of my favorite foods in moderation) and excercise.I know that I can keep the weight off with the things I have learned from spark.
