Elizabeth - It was nice hearing from you. Glad to hear you're going to the gym this morning. When you have a bad back it's important to keep those muscles moving so you don't end up with complications. Don't overdue it, but keep performing your stretches. We all have periods of time where we just can't seem to get back on track. The important thing is to keep trying and then suddenly a "ah-ha" moment hits and you're going strong again! Just remember, keep "Miss Negative" at bay, and listen to the soft whispers of "Miss Positive". Soon she'll be louder then ever and overpower "Miss Negative"!
Thanks for commening on my "fat" photo - that pic is my very motivation - to never, ever look like that again, it's even hanging on my snack cupboard and refrigerator, so every time I'm tempted, there's that very attrative pic, lol. Whatever works, right ???
