Hi I'm Eve, I'm 26 --- I've been a yo-yo dieter all my life; I was 230ish a few years ago; went to 190... went up... went down to 170... then 155... back up to 179 and now I'm trying to stop such bad habits and make a real commitment to reaching my goal... Seems as if I've been so busy taking care of others and doing what I have to do; that I've forgotten to stop and take care of myself. I'm on a mission... and this time... nothing gonna stop me... (I hope):o)

I'm now 30 years old and I stumbled across my sparkpage. I wanted to keep my intro to remind myself that I'm still in the same boat if I don't make smarter choices. I'm committed to being healthy... I quit smoking as of 7/30/12 (added a little weight)... and after maintaining no cigs for a few weeks.. started working out with turbo fire on 8/22/12. It's only been 2 weeks but I already feel a difference and want to keep going! I decided that it's time that I start focusing on myself... I want to meet someone special and start a family sooner than later but don't want to be fat doing it! So here I go again! I don't know why, but this time it feels different!

It's now January 2013 and I'm back where I started.. I did a mud run in November and after I met that personal goal for myself, I began endulging over the holidays, stopped working out, let my work and love life get the best of me and gained it all back. I told myself 2013 would be my year but I had a false start the beginning of January... Just wasn't ready. On January 31 I decided to go hard core and since jan. 31 to present (feb. 28), I am down 20 lbs and 15.9 inches over my whole body. I am loving how I feel and can't wait to lose the extra weight that I'm carrying around. Hoping to once in my life enjoy the upcoming summer! Wish me luck!

To NOT be the girl that is pretty but needs to lose weight; to feel better about myself; to take better care of my health now so I may curb possible problems down the line; To stop being so self-conscious AND hopefully be able to keep some of my ta-ta's from shrinking TOO much during the weight loss process:o) LOL!

A Low-Cal/Low Fat Diet and incorporate physical activity in my daily schedule

    Thank you for commenting on my blog. I usually burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories per day. I do not let my net calories ever fall below 1200 so my body does not go into starvation mode. And thank you for the comment on my picture! Your support means a lot to me!
