My Goals:
My goal is health. I want a health weight, and healthy habits.

My Program:
I am going to eat right, continue with my current physical fitness program and increase it to include more stretching and more weight training. I also will increase water intake.

Personal Information:
I am a very happy and very busy person - but I tend to put other's needs in front of my own. I am realizing that if I don't put my needs first - I won't be in any condition to help others.
