***3/21/2011 Time to Update you on My journey thus far***

Since Sepetember 21st 2010 and being active on spark I have lost a total of 40 LBS. I have gained sooo much also, I can now run and play with my son at the park, I can walk/jog a 5k, I am and have been a practicing pescatarian ( I do not eat meat except fish) for three months and Ive learned how to be healthy with out focusing on a number on the scale.

I have gained sooo much also, I can now run and play with my son at the park, I can walk/jog a 5k, I am and have been a practicing pescatarian ( I do not eat meat except fish) for three months and Ive learned how to be healthy with out focusing on a number on the scale.

After taking a brief hiatus from spark I managed to lose ten pounds in the past few months by maintaing my caloric intake however I lacked in exercise and motivation but I am back now and ready to get the last half of this weigh off for good! I have two major events coming up in the next few months, First my birthday and second my third wedding anniversary and I want to look HAWT for both. I also want to wear something SEKSIE for my hubby and blow him away :) So here we go folks, Im holding nothing back except my alchol intake that is LOL and Im ready to be the me I was born to be!

**Semptember 21st 2010 is the 1st day of the rest of my life**

I joined spark for the first time in Jan, 2008 after my son was born however due to breastfeeding and family stress I did not stick to it and flaked out. I stopped logging in and settled with how I was but now I amStarting this Journey all over again! For reals and For The Last Time!

I am 21 years old and I am married with one son. My son is amazing and is the reason I am starting this weight loss journey. I want to be able to chase my son and play with him all the time. My other reason is for myself so that I can be healthy and sexy!

Heres all of my ugly truths! I am not holding anything back!

*I carry my weight extremly well, I think because I am tall, I dont know but that is something that has stopped me from being all that concerned with losing weight because not alot of people thought I weighed as much as I did.

*I have the habbit of YO-Yo dieting, I get all pumped up and go gong ho for a month or so and than give up when I feel like no one is supporting me or like my efforts are not paying off. I have decided now that I want it ALL gone for good!

*I want not only be skinny but be healthy. I want to pass on good habits to my son and I want him to know that there is more to life than Drive thrus!

*I love to dance! and I just cant do that comfortablly right now, I love cloths and fashion but my weight keeps me from shopping, I love pool partys and swimming with my son but I am so frightened at the thought of wearing a swim suite

ITS TIME TO LET THAT ALL GO AND CHANGE FOR LIFE!

My Goals:
*Updated goal as of 3/21/11: Now to lose the feeling of my belly jiggiling as I chase my son at the park! Already acomplished being able to chase my son at the park :)

*Workout 5-6 days a week consistinly
* Not walk by a mirror and avoid it!
* Feel beatiful and not compare myself to others
* Get into a Healthy BMI and out of the Overweight

My Program:
*Workout 5-6 days a week at a min. of 60 mins
*Maintain caloric intake between 1200-1550 by tracking food in food tracker
*Nothing but water and healthy after cardio snack (like hard boiled egg or celery and peanut butter)
*Sundays I will have no
planned cardio but I will try to get my family out and moving with a fun "out of the box" exercise trip!

**Official Weigh In Days will be Saturday Mornings

Personal Information:
Born and raised in southern california. I am a California girl in every sense of the word and would love to be able to enjoy the beach and warm weather like a 21 year old should be able to!!

I love fashion, shoes and socializing!! I love people!
