My exercise of choice is walking with Leslie Sansone, originator of the Walk At Home program. I also use a recumbent bike.

Thank you for visiting my spark page and for the goodie. I've heard many good things about Leslie Sansone's programs but did not know about the certified walk leader; I think I'll look into that. Thanks for the idea and all the best with your program. Phil 4:13 is one of my life verses too.
