My Goals:
I want to get rid of 50 pounds so that I can be healthier and have more energy and flexibility to do the things I enjoy doing, like sailing and spending more time with friends and family walking downtown, through parks and rainforests.

My Program:
My program so far consists of the 7 strength building exercises suggested and 25 minutes at my recumbent bike for cardio, three days a week. This will be complemented with yoga, sailing, swimming, and walking about.

Personal Information:
I live, work, and sail in the Caribbean. All my life I was very thin, so much so that I was called Twiggy. I would eat banana splits without thinking it twice. I never went over 108 pounds. After 40 that started changing and after 50, I was shocked to learn that I was obese. My goal is to reach 145 lbs to get rid of the obese label.

Other Information:
I have tried South Beach, Atkins, Isagenix, Weight Watchers, and other diets I can't remember. Everything works, for a little while, and then I end up fatter than I was when I started. How is this different? I hope to be pleasantly surprised.
