my goals are to
1.get in shape to run at least 1 marathon, 5k or 10k
2. Lose 15-20 pounds soon. I need to be in shape for the summer season
3. I want to have toned arms and legs and a great ab area
4. I need to eat correctly- healthy and proportion wise
5. Be stress free and maintain a happy body
