I have two children - 24 yo DS and 8 yo DD. I have a BA in Biology getting ready to start my Masters again. I was halfway through it when I got pregnant with my daughter. I had major back surgery in November so I am way behind on my goals.

My Goals:
1) To get fit enough to keep up with my daughter.

My Program:
I have eliminated - MSG (monosodium glutamate), HFCS, aspartame, soda, caffeine (mostly only drink green tea there). I have gone back to swimming. I used to do it competitively. It is my stress reliever as well as non-impact exercise. I am switching to a mostly vegetarian diet.

Personal Information:
I am a mutt. I have lived from PA to CA. I am currently in Utah and will most likely stay here.

Great to hear back from you. I have WWWAAAAAAYYYYY more than 10kg to lose...probably half my body weight. I just mean I have to lose 10kg before my deadline of November lol. I am back to tracking my food and exercise. I find that helpful to control the amount I eat. I am also committed to 3 one hour workouts a week. Its the execise at home I have to force myself to do. How are you going on those 2 things?

HI - you were such a great support to me in my journey a couple of years back, but it looks as though we have both drifted. How is you weightloss/exercise journey going? Wanna partner up and carry on together? I am just starting tracking food and exercise again ( 10 kg heavier than before lol).
