Second Time Around

I lost 30 pounds the first time that I used SP back in 2006/2007 and since then I have become a mother of two wonderful sons. Now an new chapter of my life has arrived and I am finally in a place where I can set aside much needed "ME TIME" to focus on improving my overall well being and exploring new interests.

By some miracle, after decades of avoiding it, I have developed a love of running and am very eager to see how much progress I can make as time passes along.

Developing and maintaining healthy habits is a family affair and I am glad that my boys enjoy working out with me. I have a great group of friends that I can count on for support and when things get tough we always offer one another a much needed boost.

Wow Etarnally Sacred! You have done so well...great job!
Are you still going to get to 135?? If you are size 4, what will you be when you finish? size 2? Thats supermodel size!
I wish I could be a size 4!! I'm an 8 now and I weight about 146.
Any feedback you have for me, please provide it. I'm a little older than you, and that makes weight loss a little harder, and I have consistently worked out HARD for several years. Im in my second week of induction on Atkins to kick start my system. It worked in the past so Im trying again, and I like the food...very healthy!
