My Goals:
my goals as far as weight goes are to be at the lower end of the BMI for my body composition. this is something that i've never been in my life, so i think this a a HUGE challenge, but i'm willing to go for it!

My Program:
i'm actually just doing a 1200-1400 calorie type diet. some days i'll eat 4 times, some days i'll eat 6, there are even days that i eat 7 times a day, but i try to keep it all low in calories and try to keep closer to 1200 than 1400.

Personal Information:
i'm currently an unemployed, single student. this last year has actually been very difficult for me. i feel like my life is going on without me... i just want to finish with school, get skinny, and live my life. i'm a friendly person, so please don't hesitate to send me a message here or comment me there. all are welcome!

had to look again - it's kinda hidden...

to share your nutrition/fitness trackers, click on "edit my SparkPage" and then up in the top right corner, there are some boxes to check/uncheck...

I hope this helps - I feel bad that I suggested that you eat more and it's not helping... but we'll get you there!!

I am so sorry for forgetting about Friday - sometimes life can be, well, hectic for a better word! I am going to be cutting my 43 days down to 27 days. Tomorrow is my last day before P3. Wish me luck. So far - so good! I just introduced peppers into my diet and seems to be doing well. Take care! I will still be on and in touch as I will be doing another round (or two) :P Keltie
