I would like to lose a decent amount of weight, and be HEALTHY. That's probably the most important thing to me that I look good but am still healthy doing it.
I'm a senior in high school who hasn't really eaten healthy practically her whole life. I mean, my father gave me my first drink of Mountain Dew when I was like two. I just need to get back on track and I'm hoping that this website can help me with it. =]
