My name is Elizabeth, and I am 22 years old. I don't remember a day in my life when I have not worried about my weight. The lowest weight I can remember was 205 the summer I was going into 8th grade...also the summer that I started weight watchers for the first time. I want to get to a point where I can be comfortable in my own skin. I want to walk into ANY store and be able to fit into the clothes. I want to walk anywhere and not feel like everyone is staring at me. I want to feel beautiful. This is my journey, to a new and smaller me. I want to be the same girl, just a smaller size.
SO... I had to start over again as of May 7th 2007. I started working with a personal trainer because I had gained all my weight back plus 11 pounds. Wish me luck guys... I got all the way up to 295 when I weighed in on the 7th... hopefully from here on out the numbers on the scale will go down down down!
UPDATE: Ok... so here I go again. I dropped the personal trainer because was not even remotely reliable, and he stole money from me. That's what happens when you help someone start their business and try to be their friend. I lost about 13 pounds over two months working with him. I've done better than that on my own and I plan to do it again. I Rededicated myself again on 7-7-07 after a family get together. My boyfriend and I were talking about it and made a plan for me to lose 100 pounds in one year. I have lost 12 already since the 8th and I KNOW that I can do 100 in a year... if not sooner. I really feel like nothing will get in my way this time. I have already turned down some of my absolute favorite foods and done crunches instead. I want this so badly, I WILL SUCCEED. If anyone needs a weightloss buddy, add me I need all the help I can get and I would love to help support others as well! I'm in it to win it this time!!!

To get to my goal weight and then concentrate on maintenance.
To exercise at least 4 days a week... hopefully more.
To build up my endurance, and strength so that I can do things I have never felt confident about doing.
To be healthy so that I can live as long as possible.
To be sexy!
To be comfortable in my own skin!
I am currently eating about 1200-1300 calories a day.
Walking 3 miles weekday mornings with my friends Kerri and Jeanine. At least one other time on the weekend. (On hold right now because of my shoes eating my ankles... can't wait to heal!)
LOTS of ab work... I might be big but my abs are insanely strong so I have to do a lot to wear them out. I switch off every other night for my arms and my legs so that I don't hurt myself.

Originally from Frederick Maryland, Moved to Destin Florida for three years when I turned 18 to be with my boyfriend, and now we are back in Maryland.
I'm 5''8.5 ...I always wonder when I look around this site how tall people are so I can see what I might look like when I get to their weight but nobody really seems to list it. I guess I am just weird.
I currently run an insurance agency, really love the job... just wish it was more active.
I've been with my boyfriend for 7 years and I'm madly in love with him. I can't WAIT to love myself so that I can truly let the people around me love me as well.
