My main goal in loosing weight is to get healthy for once in my life so I can truly enjoy my children and grandchildren. I also am committed to not living the rest of my days on a couch or in the bed.
The thing that seems to work best for me is to keep my total carb intake under 150 and keep my calories within my daily goal. I have also discovered that treading water for 32 minutes burns 700 calories. With my back problems this works well for me. It is very low impact.
