hey there Judith all you have to do is watch what you eat an make healthy food choices such as every time you want something sweet instead of eating that cookie or brownie that can add 5lbs that you don't need try to get a piece of fruit. cut back on the sodas an drink plenty of water an drink some milk that doesn't have alot of fat or whatever that's in it. instead of eating white bread try eating wheat or whole grain bread its ok to indulge every now an then but the important thing to do is getting your rear end up an work out! its the key to success an it is the key to having a healthy cardiovascular system.. also try some of the recipes that this site has an their exercises an I'm sure they can give you that size 8 again good luck! 2983 days ago
