My journey into Healthy Living

Howdy SparkWorld,

I am so excited to be on here. My journey has been a long road. I have been really changing my life since 2007 and have had much success. I a mother of 4 now and want to make sure that I set the right example of a healthy and fit mom. I am back to continue my weight loss being as I just had my youngest 5mths ago - baby weight is gone but I think I want to lose an additional 10lbs. I eat more protein daily and 5-6mini meals. Drink 100oz of water a day and exercise 3-5times a week.

Congrats on getting active with SparkPeople - it's a great community, wonderful resources and fantastic support- it's also lots of fun and easy to make friends because we're all in this together.

Sparkpeople can definitely help you maintain the wonderful weight loss you've achieved - I like the way a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE is emphasized here instead of a 'quick fix wonder diet' and it teaches us how to make positive lifetime changes because that's the only thing that will work over time!

Hey girl, thanks for reading & commenting on my blog! Congrats to you on your loss!! I must say that back in June, I didn't that I would be where I am now which is mind blowing. I appreciate your support though. We both still have some to go, here's to your 15lb to go & to my 30 lbs to go!! We can definitely finish this journey off strong! Take care & enjoy the weekend.
