My Goals:
- Lose and maintain a healthy weight - Develop a toned body - Eat right and practice portion control - Reduce stress by incorporating meditation practices into my workout routine
My Program:
Cardio training - 2 days/week. Strength training - 1 or 2 days/week, between cardio sessions.
Personal Information:
I grew up in Evanston, IL, outside of Chicago. Currently pursuing a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning in Brooklyn, NY. Some of my hobbies include playing basketball, snowboarding, hiking, and backpacking. I also enjoy finding new music, going to concerts, learning about new places and cultures, and meditating. I am always looking for new ways to improve my mental and physical health and to keep an open mind.
