Hi everyone! I'm a busy graduate student, but decided I need to change my unhealthy habits so I can feel great & look great! In January of '09 I knew I had gained a few pounds, but when I stepped on the scale at the gym, it showed that I had gained 15 lbs in less than 2 years! That was the "A-HA" moment for me & I decided to get serious about losing weight. Since then, I have lost 16 lbs and weigh less than I did 2 years ago! I feel great as well. My Program:
Since I started my lifestyle change in January of '09, I have worked out 3-5 days a week. Usually for an hour or more each workout session. I usually go to the gym and use the rowing machine, treadmill, elliptical, and the stairmaster. I do 10 lb weights at home about 1-2 times a week for 15-20 mins. I know I need to do more strength training though!

Other Information:
I love getting new exercise/fitness/diet tips from people & I want to meet people who can encourage & motivate me on my journey.
